A black woman’s view of racial America: What white people can do to STOP racism (WATCH)

by ‘Jola Sotubo

The 21st century world is everything our forefathers dreamt about. Martin Luther King had a dream and that dream came true. A black man with actual roots in Africa is the world’s most powerful man.

One would think with all this, racism would have become a thing of the past.  Unfortunately though, this is not the case. There are still those who believe that black people have no right to walk around free or to be treated as equal to whites.

Racism hasn’t disappeared, it has just been submerged; hidden under fake smiles and handshakes; woven into the fabric of daily life to seem unnoticeable but it is still there, clear as day, right before our eyes.

This was the sad fact that dawned upon two women who walked into an American store to purchase groceries.
