Police detectives attached to the Delta state command have arrested two suspected Asaba-based female kidnap gang leaders, Ekwutosi Agbapuluonwu and Stella Ude, alleged to have been operating in Asaba and its environs.

The arrest of the suspects was confirmed by the police commissioner in the state, Ikechukwu Aduba, while speaking to newsmen in Asaba adding that they live around Ezenei Avenue of the state capital.

According to reports, they had allegedly confessed to be kidnap kingpins upon interrogation.

Mr. Aduba said they would charged to court upon completion of investigation.
