Managing the Challenge of Leadership is the theme for this year’s annual conference for Future Leaders. The Conference comes up on December 15 -17, 2012 in Lagos.

Christopher Kolade, Stephen Onasanya, Olusegun Aganga, CON among others, will speak at the Annual Conference powered by the First Bank of Nigeria Plc. .

According to Minka Oyinlola, the CEO of NLI, The Future Leaders (NLI Associates) will benefit from rich discussions on management of leadership moderated by accomplished and tested leaders from different standpoints: public sector, corporate world, and from the political leadership.

The Annual Conference is an activity for peer learning and further reflection on leadership qualities. The Conference would foster learning, interactions, and networking as well as monitoring of the efforts of Future Leaders (NLI Associates).

NLI Associates emerge from different sectors: public, private and civil society hence the rationale behind each program part to make sure that Associates, whether in the public or private sector, can relate and draw leadership learning from the speakers.
