A Texas father  body slammed his son over the hood of a car and bit him in the forehead after he became upset with his son over a football game.

Witnesses say Marty Andrews, 37, grabbed his son by the neck, injured his forehead, body slammed him over a car, threw him into a chain link fence, and hung his son from the fence.

The 10 year old admitted to police that his father had committed those acts, adding that his father was asking him questions while he had his hands around his neck but he could not answer because he couldn’t breathe.

The father said he became upset after he thought he saw his son fighting other children while playing football in the yard. He admits to holding his son’s neck while pushing him up against a fence but says he was not holding his son’s neck tight.

Also, Andrews said his teeth accidentally hit his son’s forehead. He admits pulling his son up by his jacket and placing him on the roof of the car. He says he was trying to teach his son a lesson.

Andrews has been charged with felony injury to a child. He does not believe that the punishment he handed down to his son was severe.
