WOW Magazine first caught our attention with its dramatic ‘Uche Jombo cover’. Next, we saw a sexily-clad Tiwa Savage on the magazine’s cover, and now, in the new edition which is set to hit the streets on Friday 8th April, WOW has stunned us yet again. In her first magazine cover ever, actress Tonto Dikeh stuns in a striking chain dress made by Rahil Hesan of Warda Haute Couture.
We’re not surprised though. The dramatic cover was put together by an A-list photography Makeup, hair and styling team – Kelechi Amadi-Obi, Banke Meshida-Lawal, Ola for Bobby’s and Ezinne Chinkata respectively. In the feature interview with WOW Editor Shile Shonoiki, Tonto speaks about the controversies surrounding her life – on and off screen.
The magazine also features Oyin Adenuga as personality of the month, and maverick scientist Tolu Iroye. The new edition spotlights Jos in its ‘local fashion’ pages, and Old World Glamour in its international fashion section. As usual, there are also pieces on relationships, career, health, home and gardening for readers to enjoy.
“The beauty segment gets a real make-over: Banke Meshida-Lawal is our new Beauty Editor and she explores the sensational world of extreme make-up, with stunning photography from Moussa Moussa. The Wow team hopes that this edition continues its tradition of serving up exciting covers, amazing pictures and good content,” says Shonoiki.

That dress looks absolutely gorgeous, the designer is a Dubai based talent and she actually takes online orders too. http://www.wardahautecouture.com
