And Kanye West is certainly spoiling the mother of his unborn child, Kim Kardashian, during the sojourn.

The 35-year-old rapper has showered his pregnant girlfriend with thousands of dollars worth of jewels from high-end jewelery store Cartier.

The Golddigger star gifted the reality star with not one, but five yellow gold and diamond bracelets.

Kim showed off her new arm swag on her Instagram account on Thursday, writing: ‘The Don strikes again!!! #SoLucky!!!!!!’

In the snap, the 32-year-old proudly displays five bracelets, including the coveted Love Bracelet featuring pave diamonds, a $34,650 Juste Un Clou gold bangle and three gold and diamond cuffs from the Panthere collection.

Kim and Kanye have been living it up in the French capital.

On Tuesday night, the couple were seen dining together at the upmarket Lasserre restaurant.

But on Wednesday night, pregnant Kim was without her man as she headed to the Chez Ferdi restaurant, famous for it’s delicious burgers.

The pregnant star was forced to swap her usually figure-hugging trousers for something a bit looser, teaming her black fur coat with a pair of jogging bottoms.

Kim, who is expecting her first child with the rapper, teamed the ensemble with a pair of black peeptoe heels and a designer handbag – leaving her glossy hair loose for the evening out.

Kim enjoyed dinner solo as Kanye was seen on the other side of Paris – attending the Maison Martin Margiela Haute-Couture show as part of Paris Fashion Week.

The rapper appeared to be suffering in the chilly weather, and opted for an unusual accessory – a red ski mask.

The hat appeared homemade – with the slash apparently freshly cut through the wool.

Meanwhile, rapper Consequence has claimed that Kayne was having an affair with Kim while she was in a relationship with American football star Reggie Bush.

The 35-year-old music producer, who was once signed to Kanye’s G.O.O.D Music record label, made the allegations while appearing on a radio show with his girlfriend Jen The Pen.

The musician, who is no longer speaking to Kanye, even claimed that he drove Kanye to hotels to meet up with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

Consequence, real name Dexter Raymond Mills Jr, was explaining why the pair fell out when his girlfriend Jen interjected and made the claims.

Speaking on Power 105.1′s Breakfast Club show, she said: ‘When he [Kanye] was sticking Kim when Kim was with Reggie you know whose secret that was? That was our secret.’

She added: ‘When the rest of the world didn’t know.’

Speaking about how Consequence had supported Kanye though the difficult period she claimed: ‘He had his back every night that man called “Wat do I, what do I do about Kim. I need to be with her”.

‘That secret was in my home.’

When the presenter asked for clarification that the couple were claiming Kim was cheating on Reggie with Kanye, the rapper replied by saying he had driven the Golddigger hitmaker to hotels to meet her.

He replied: ‘I was dropping him to the telly.’

Kim and Reggie dated on and off from 2007 to 2010 and were seen as one of America’s best looking couples.

Jen and Consequence were angered by the fact that Kanye hadn’t sent them a gift or a note to congratulate them on the birth of their child when they made the claims.

Consequence also claims that West owes him money for ghostwriting some of his hit tracks and alleged that was the reason the pair fell out in 2011.
