Pres. Jonathan approves the redeployment of Perm Secs, appoints new ones

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday approved the redeployment of permanent secretaries who were sworn-in on October 17. Five new ones were also posted. The new permanent secretaries posted are Alhassan J. Gana, who was posted to office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (Cabinet Secretariat); Sunday J.F. Jegede, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (political affairs/economic affairs) and James N. Obiegbu, Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (Career Management Office).

Others are Ambassador Sani S. Bala who was posted to Federal Civil Service Commission while Mrs. Folasade O. Yemi-Esan was sent to Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (Establishment & Records Office).

A.K. Muhammad from the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (Cabinet Secretariat) to Ministry of Works; Alhaji Bukar G. Aji, who was in Ministry of Works was posted to Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (Common Services Office.)

Others according to a statement by the Permanent Secretary, Establishment and Records, Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mr. Charles Bonat, on behalf of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation are Alhaji Mohammed S. Bashar from Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (Common Services Office) to Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, Mr. Charles Bonat from Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (Establishment & Records Office) to Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (General Services Office.)

The statement also added that MacJohn Nwaobiala from Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (Ecological Funds) has been redeployed to Ministry of Education, Salisu A. Gusau from Ministry of Information to Police Service Commission, Ambassador Abdulkadir A. Musa from Federal Civil Service Commission to Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Kehinde Ajoni  from Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (Career Management Office) to Ministry of Information; Aliyu Ismaila who was in the  Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (Political Affairs/Economic Affairs) was posted to Ministry of Police Affairs, Engr. Sheik Goni Musa from Ministry of Petroleum Resources to  Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Ezekiel Oyemomi from Ministry of Agriculture & Rural Development was posted to Public Service Institute of Nigeria as Instructor.
