These newlyweds really did take the plunge — when a dock collapsed and their wedding party was thrown overboard.

Frank Fearon, 30, and his new bride Patricia Andrews, 26, could only watch as the wooden structure buckled under their group’s weight and tossed them into the murky water.

Too many bridesmaids? The 29-person wedding party was just too much for the dock.

Footage uploaded to YouTube shows the moment their special day at Lake Lanier, near Gainesville, Ga., turned into a real wet wedding.

But, luckily for the pair, they managed to escape a complete soaking — with Andrews only getting the bottom of her dress wet and Fearon remaining entirely dry.

Not so fortunate, however, was one of the bridesmaids who spent the night at ER after hitting concrete and fracturing her arm.

Patricia’s brother Chase Andrews, a video producer for Remedy Films, put together a clip of the incident that is believed to have happened earlier this month.

“Thankfully this was after the ceremony,” he wrote on the caption.

“It was deemed the ‘wedding wetting.’ Everyone got dried off and the reception went on to be one of the best celebrations to date.”
