Owoidogho Udo, 46, the founder and prophet of The Land of The Truth Fellowship church, has been accused of beating his wife to death.

Reports say say the late wife, Udeme Udo, 37, was pregnant with twin babies when the incident happened.

The incident happened on Saturday in Ede Obom1, Afaha Offiong, in Nsit Ibom Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

While commenting on the incident, the village head and relation to Udo reportedly said he has found it difficult to fathom why the suspect committed the alleged crime.
