WATCH: Rick Ross releases ‘Hold Me Back’ video Nigerian version (Spoiler: You might not like it)

by Reuben Daba

Nigerians were excited when they heard that American rapper Rick Ross was going to shoot a Nigerian video alternate version of his hit single, Hold Me Back. Well, the video is out… and we are not sure many will like it.

The video shot in Lagos and directed by DRE Films and SpiffTV Films, showed the commercial city in the most unflattering light. It was all about the ghetto, malnourished kids, chaotic scenes, and all of what’s bad about Lagos.

Fans of the singer say that Rick Ross was only keeping it in line with the US version of the song, plus the video is —let’s face it— real. But watch this video and please tell us if you think it’s anything but very bad.
