The Nigerian Student Fashion and Design Week (NSFDW) is set to make its debut on June 7 and 8, 2013 at the University of Lagos.

Like everything fashionable, NSFDW  promises to be an exciting fashion week produced by BlackNBold Fashion House; the producers of the biggest African Fashion Week in Europe and Mahogany International, world renowned producers of fashion weeks across the world including student fashion shows in Nigeria, Africa Fashion Week London.

For two days, NSFDW will feature over 48 student designers from across Nigeria as well as over 40 exhibitors who would be showcasing the creativity of the next generation.

The show and exhibition is expected to attract over 12,000 people as NSFDW hopes to discover new talent and give opportunities to those that would not normally be able to afford participating at the major Nigerian Fashion Weeks.

In a statement from the organisers, NSFDW is aimed at brand new or emerging designers that want to use these shows as a platform to either launch themselves or a brand new collection that they have.

The show schedule will be released at the end of May.
